The Peach High Stim is awesome.. The flavor is the best I have tried along with no added color and clean effective active ingredients. Highly recommend trying this one if you are like me and have tried a ton of Pre workouts.
My go-to preworkout powder is usually original C4 powder.
I get less of an immediate prickly "body rush" with this preworkout, but the physical energy boost and resistance to muscle fatigue seems waaaay stronger.
The effects come on a tad slower, but there are no issues with this IMO.
For example, I usually try to do burnout sets on incline bench, but I can just hammer right up to my previous amount of reps with no issues. I usually have to take a break to meet the previous limits.
I have gone up on my flat bench and squat records the past week using this preworkout.
That leads me to the mental effects. This has about 300 mg of caffeine per scoop, so it is quite strong.
There is also something that seems to increase mental focus. Without sounding cheesy, I remember sitting and waiting for a cable machine to be free but it felt like I had some sort of "focus tunnel vision" and was quite literally looking around the gym like a wolf focusing in on prey through a treeline. I'm dead serious and this is the only way that I could describe the effect. The mental focus boost is as strong as the physical boost and very much on a different level.
Don't chug coffee and monster all day and use this because it will probably be too much to handle as far as stimulants go, but this is definitely going to be my new go-to for preworkouts.
I’ve been strength training now for about 33 years… This is the most consistent whey protein powder in terms of taste, digestibility, and results. I have a really picky 15-year-old lifter that trains with me who will only consume Iron Whey Vanilla.

This shaker has been a great addition to my usual rotation of shakers, mostly because of 1 how clean it looks, but two, since it is insulated it keeps my drinks cold as long as there is liquid in it… I have mostly used it for pre workout, but also use it as a “tumbler” for water throughout the day.
The new cookies and cream is a great addition and easily one of the best flavors I’ve tried! Give this protein a shot if you want to up your recovery after tough workouts.
