This shaker has been a great addition to my usual rotation of shakers, mostly because of 1 how clean it looks, but two, since it is insulated it keeps my drinks cold as long as there is liquid in it… I have mostly used it for pre workout, but also use it as a “tumbler” for water throughout the day.
